Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, screening, and selection processes.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
Performance Management
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Policy Implementation and Compliance
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and comply with legal requirements.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Compensation and Benefits
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
HR Administration
- Maintain HR databases and generate reports as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Support the HR Manager/Director in various HR functions as needed.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good communication skills, high energy (positive vibes) & most importantly honesty, positive thinking, good personalities and enjoy dealing with people.
- Proven experience as an HR Lead or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
