Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, screening, and selection processes.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.

Performance Management

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Policy Implementation and Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and comply with legal requirements.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.

HR Administration

  • Maintain HR databases and generate reports as required.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Support the HR Manager/Director in various HR functions as needed.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Good communication skills, high energy (positive vibes) & most importantly honesty, positive thinking, good personalities and enjoy dealing with people.
  • Proven experience as an HR Lead or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
