Job Purpose

A Floor Ambassador works as the public face of a company or brand. The primary duties include creating awareness for a company's service or product, interacting with staffs to listen to their feedback to enhancing communication.

Floor Ambassadors play a vital role in promoting a positive and productive work environment and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Greet and assist visitors, clients, or guests arriving at the office building, providing them with directions or necessary information.
  2. Assist employees with questions, directions, or issues he / she may encounter during their workday.
  3. Assist new employees with the onboarding process and help them become familiar with the office layout, company policies, rules, and regulations.
  4. Site visit in daily basis and to coordinate with the facilities team to resolve any maintenance issues and ensure the office building is maintained, clean and tidy.
  5. Serves as a liaison between different departments or teams within the office building to deliver important information or announcements.
  6. Gather employee feedback about their experiences and concerns within the building and communicate this feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Handles minor conflicts or issues that may arise within the building and directs employees to appropriate channels to resolve issues.
  8. Assist in organizing and coordinating events or meetings within the building.
