CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER

Jon Description: Responsible for customer relationship management system to enhance business operations, improve organizational customer satisfaction ratings, and drive sales by supporting customer retention initiatives. Establish and maintain positive relationships by providing prompt, efficient, and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries. Support successful customer retention initiatives, such as customized marketing campaigns and loyalty programs. Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and provide feedback to relevant teams and departments. Job Requirement: • Must possess at least a Diploma in business, communications, marketing, or other relevant fields. • Acquire 1 year of work experience through internships, part-time work, or other avenues to help bolster your application. • Candidates must have a strong sense of responsibility, service awareness, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
