*Responsibilities:*
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and hiring.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave policies.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and manage feedback.
- Address employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Implement and oversee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
*Requirements:*
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies and legal frameworks.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
