Jobscope:
1. Live Streaming Account Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of live streaming accounts.
- Schedule live streaming sessions and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with live streaming hosts to plan and prepare content.
- Monitor live streaming for quality and compliance with company standards.
2. Revenue and Performance Responsibility:
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for live streaming.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase viewership and engagement.
- Optimise content and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct performance reviews and generate reports for management.
3. Operational Support:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align live streaming activities with overall business goals.
- Ensure proper setup and functionality of live streaming equipment and software.
4. Training and Development:
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
5. Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of live streaming schedules and performance metrics
- Handle logistics and coordination for special events or promotions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to live streaming.
Requirements:
1. Education background: Minimum of Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or related field.
2. Proven 1-5 years of work experience
3. Experience in managing eCommerce platforms and tools.
4. Knowledgable in social media trends and best practices.
5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
