- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing emails and phone calls, organizing files and documents, and preparing contracts.
- Assist in property management tasks such as tenant screenings, lease renewals, rent collection, maintenance requests, and coordinating showings and inspections.
- Conduct market research to update property inventory, assess market rates, and support decision-making.
- Coordinate between clients and respond to inquiries and concerns while liaising with service providers.
- Manage financial transactions, including processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to company strategy and operations planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
