Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s products and services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and progress in CRM tools.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent English proficiency is required; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage
