Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Present and demonstrate the company’s products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and progress in CRM tools.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent English proficiency is required; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
