- Administer and implement company payroll system to ensure a timely and accurate payment of salaries. - Ensure a timely and accurate payment of salary, EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax and etc. is in order to meet the social and legal obligation of the company. -Process or calculating monthly payroll for all employees. -Maintain proper record/file of payroll. -Verify daily attendance records to ensure employees are paid correctly. -Input all employees leave and overtime records into payroll system based on proper procedure. -Administer all leave record-update and maintain software system. -Printing and distribution pay slips to all. -Interface with internal employees regarding administrative support functions.
