  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive, Retail (Admin) at Ninja Van Malaysia located in Subang Jaya. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to executive administrative assistance, general administration, and communication to support the retail operations.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in retail or logistics industry is a plus
  • Fresh Graduates welcome to apply
