What would you do?

We are seeking an experienced individual contributor Talent Acquisition professional with experience in volume hiring to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying high-quality candidates and ensuring positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process. Provide support to the team in a wide range of recruitment, but not limited to;

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
  • Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Facilitate salary negotiations and manage the offer process.
  • Generation and issuance of employment offer letters to candidates.
  • Ensuring staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind such as placement of diverse and qualified individuals.
  • Work with vendors to perform and analyze background and reference check reports.
  • Keep the candidates updated from time to time on hiring status including sending rejection emails.
  • Ensure all systems and trackers are correctly updated.
  • Ensure compliance requirements of HR processes and procedures, talent acquisition policy and procedure and the new employees’ data accuracy.
  • Assist in processing recruitment related invoices and follow-up with Finance and other department when necessary.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and innovative talent acquisition tools to recommend new strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance requirements of talent acquisition processes and procedures and the new joiners’ document and data accuracy.
  • Any other duties and tasks as assigned and/or as required by the manager.

Who should join us?

  • Minimum of 7 to 9 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to talent acquisition and experience in high volume / mass hiring, is a must.
  • Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and optimizing hiring stages using data driven strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret hiring data to improve time-to-hire, cost per hire and candidate quality metrics.
  • Hands-on experience working with ATS and HRMS, using these platforms to manage data and document handling.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Understanding of the value of diverse talent and cultural competency in hiring practices.
