Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Customer Experience & Marketing to shape the end-to-end experience of their products and services. This role will be instrumental in driving conversion across key stages of the customer journey, leading the customer experience and marketing strategy to achieve business goals, consumer usage and revenue targets.

The successful candidate will ensure that customer satisfaction across all engagement points is achieved and will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy and plan.

What You'll Do

As Head of Customer Experience & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall customer journey. Your expertise in developing holistic customer experiences will be crucial in driving conversion rates across all stages of engagement. You will lead the development, management, and implementation of customer experience and marketing activities across the Group. Your strategic thinking skills will be put to use as you shape a Customer Experience and Marketing strategy that enables our client to acquire, convert, and retain more engaged customers.

  • Develop holistic customer journeys and shape all customer touchpoints, including events, digital and print communication, stations/hubs, digital app, social media interactions.
  • Shape the Customer Experience and Marketing strategy that enables the company to acquire, convert and retain more engaged and loyal customers.
  • Lead the development, management, implementation of customer experience and marketing activities across the Group.
  • Manage the budget for the Customer Experience and Marketing department.
  • Create and manage a framework of qualitative and quantitative measures to effectively monitor customer needs.
  • Collaborate with business units to uncover insights and strategies to develop marketing strategies for new and existing products.
  • Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities.

What You Bring

As Head of Customer Experience & Marketing, your background in Marketing or a related field will be essential. You bring a successful track record in senior customer experience or marketing roles along with strong project management skills. Your ability to understand business objectives will enable you to align CX and marketing strategies accordingly. A data-driven mindset coupled with an aptitude for technology will set you apart.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields.
  • Successful track record in senior customer experience and/or marketing roles.
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, social media marketing.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Good strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to understand business objectives and align CX and marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Data-driven mindset with an aptitude for technology.
