1. Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts.

2. Employee Records and Documentation:

  • Assist in managing the onboarding process, ensuring all required documents are collected and properly filed.

4.ISO Compliance and Auditing:

  • Participate in maintaining and reviewing HR processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Assist in preparing and supporting HR audits, ensuring that all necessary documents are accurate and available for inspection.
  • Help implement corrective actions and improvements as per audit findings.

5.Employee Relations and Support:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, such as leave entitlements, benefits, and company policies.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee relations issues, ensuring a harmonious and compliant work environment.
  • Assist in maintaining positive employee engagement and satisfaction.

6.HR Reporting and Documentation:

  • Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and statistics, such as employee turnover, attendance, and training completion.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is accurate, properly stored, and easily accessible for review or audits.

7. HR Event Planning:

  • Plan and assist in organizing HR events, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.

Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as specified by the Management and report task assignments regularly.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
