1. Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts.

5.Employee Relations and Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, such as leave entitlements, benefits, and company policies.
- Support the HR team in managing employee relations issues, ensuring a harmonious and compliant work environment.
- Assist in maintaining positive employee engagement and satisfaction.
6.HR Reporting and Documentation:
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and statistics, such as employee turnover, attendance, and training completion.
- Ensure all HR documentation is accurate, properly stored, and easily accessible for review or audits.
7. HR Event Planning:
- Plan and assist in organizing HR events, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as specified by the Management and report task assignments regularly.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
