Job Duties and Responsibilities: -Monitor, coordinate, and communicate strategic objectives of the business -Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business -Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise -Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity -Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the business and the other entity -Educate yourself on our entire portfolio of products so as to become a resource of information for both our business and the agency. -Generate B2B sales leads by working closely with the agency presenting information on our company at trade shows and conventions. -Suggest product improvements to our research and development departments based upon client or agency feedback. -Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying requests for proposal (RFPs); attending strategy meetings. -Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal status information to review meetings; transmitting proposals. -Develops proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials. -Prepares presentation by evaluating text, graphics, and binding; coordinating printing. -Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases. -Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks. -Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Qualifications: -2+ years of experience in a related role -Customer-oriented attitude -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships -Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems -Capability to negotiate with and influence others -Analytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reports -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment -Possess own transport. Working Hour: -Monday - Friday (09:00 am - 06:00 pm). -Saturday, 2nd & 4th week (09:00 am - 01:00 pm).
