Job Summary: Develops foodservice accounts in the assigned sales territory through detailing/promoting/selling of SCC products to all foodservice customers in the territory. Achieves sales goal & distribution targets and other objectives of the territory. Prepares weekly account visitation plan to ensure desired call frequency to provide customer satisfaction and optimum coverage of the territory. Job Responsibilities: - Plans and prepares sales calls to foodservice accounts, including appointment setting and gathering relevant information for sales objectives. - Regularly visits foodservice accounts (e.g. make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories -Track self/team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans. - Conducts sampling to introduce new products and diversify the product mix. - Develops new accounts by reaching out to prospective customers. - Maintains and updates sales information, reports, and Customer Record Cards, analyzing data to drive profitable sales operations. - Discusses sales activities, customer concerns, and competitor promotions with the HOD to agree on actions and timelines for desired results. - Coordinates with the HOD on samples and promotional materials to grow the business in the assigned territory. - Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a team member. - Possess knowledge and experience in Foodservice industry will be added advantage. Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 1-2year sales experience with a consumer/foodservice products company. - Strong communication & negotiation skills. - Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a strong sense of teamwork and a positive work attitude.
