Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain external employer branding to attract top talent in the digital, creative, and technology sectors.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Promote internal employer branding to foster a strong organizational culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business processes, providing HR expertise to attract, retain, and develop talent.
- Handle work pass and dependent pass applications, with knowledge of local labor laws.
- Oversee employee travel arrangements, payroll, compensation, and leave management.
- Manage general HR and administrative functions, including office and studio maintenance.
- Organize and execute company events in collaboration with the team.
- Maintain HR reports and documentation at both regional and local levels.
- Mentor HR assistants and recruitment specialists.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of proven HR experience, preferably in the digital sector.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Passion for fostering employee growth and development.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in dynamic environments.
- Solution-driven with a positive and growth-oriented mindset.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
