Serving as a trusted advisor to teams and leaders across all levels, you will oversee core HR functions while maintaining a strong employer brand. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain external employer branding to attract top talent in the digital, creative, and technology sectors.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
  • Promote internal employer branding to foster a strong organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business processes, providing HR expertise to attract, retain, and develop talent.
  • Handle work pass and dependent pass applications, with knowledge of local labor laws.
  • Oversee employee travel arrangements, payroll, compensation, and leave management.
  • Manage general HR and administrative functions, including office and studio maintenance.
  • Organize and execute company events in collaboration with the team.
  • Maintain HR reports and documentation at both regional and local levels.
  • Mentor HR assistants and recruitment specialists.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of proven HR experience, preferably in the digital sector.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Passion for fostering employee growth and development.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in dynamic environments.
  • Solution-driven with a positive and growth-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Industrial Relation: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Human resources: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Payroll: 4 years (Preferred)
  • People Engagement: 3 years (Preferred)
