Job Summary

We seek a detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service Representative to manage accurate data processing while delivering exceptional customer support. This role blends administrative precision with customer interaction, ensuring efficient handling of information and client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Management (50%)

  • Input, update, and maintain customer information in the company database with high accuracy.
  • Verify and update existing records to maintain data integrity.
  • Process numerical/textual information from forms, calls, or emails.
  • Generate reports and compile data for analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries
  • Retrieve and process data for reports and analysis
  • Verify data from various sources and correct errors when necessary
  • Follow company procedures to handle sensitive and confidential information

Customer Service (40%)

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person, resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist customers with account updates, order tracking, and service/product information.
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant teams (e.g., Technical Support, Billing).
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide support by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and offering solutions
  • Assist customers with product or service information
  • Document and escalate complaints or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all customer interactions

Administrative Tasks (10%)

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Collaborate with teams to improve data processes and customer experience.

General Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve data accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma (required); Associate/Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Experience: 1+ years in data entry and customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; CRM familiarity (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Typing Speed: 40+ WPM with accuracy.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in data management or customer service.
  • Experience in Factory/Manufacturing.
