Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve workplace conflicts and ensure fair treatment of all employees.

- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure regular feedback is provided to employees.

- Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist with the development and implementation of compensation strategies to ensure competitive pay and benefits packages.
