This position is responsible to manage the end-to-end learning process, to be the Business Unit Finance for the training centre, develop and deliver selected Leadership Programmes (people manager and level below) and work on the Learning and Development related projects assigned from time to time.

Job Responsibilities:

Training Needs and Learning Framework

  1. Work with business units and learning leaders to identify their respective learning needs and requirements.
  2. Work with internal or source for external program in fulfilling the learning needs and requirements identified.
  3. Identify future training needs and create a self-learning culture for employees.
  4. Communicate with management, trainers and team members to ensure that all needs are met.

Training Development and Delivery

  1. Research new training for future needs that can enhance the organisation's learning while creating value for employees.
  2. Design and develop leadership development programs for lower to mid-level employees.
  3. Introduce new learning platform for associates e.g. e-learning platform, virtual platform, etc.
  4. Identify and develop in-house trainers/ facilitators.

Finance and Administrative

  1. Business Unit Finance for the training centre.
  2. Manage HRDF, training records and Training related administration including HRDF application of grant and claim submission.
  3. Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS) from time to time.
  4. Resolve any specific problems and tailoring training program as necessary.

Project and others

  1. Work with BU Learning team to structure their functional learning for selected Business.
  2. Create awareness and help Sunwayians learn and understand Sunway Leadership Competencies.
  3. Learning Hours Project.
  4. HR Tech Project.
  5. Project and other tasks assigned from time to time.
