- Provide administrative and office support activities to facilitate the smooth operation of the company.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand business objectives and candidate requirements for open positions.
- Assist with office purchasing, including issuing purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, and following up on deliveries.
- Support the payroll administration process, including personal data administration, organization data maintenance, and leave management.
- Prepare HR documents such as letters and memos related to performance appraisals, confirmations, promotions, and increments.
- Assist in liaising with external parties such as auditors, bankers, and relevant authorities.
- Help oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and organize company events and meetings.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
- Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
- 2 years of experience in related field
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Languages are required as English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Aggressive and fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
