  • Provide administrative and office support activities to facilitate the smooth operation of the company.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand business objectives and candidate requirements for open positions.
  • Assist with office purchasing, including issuing purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, and following up on deliveries.
  • Support the payroll administration process, including personal data administration, organization data maintenance, and leave management.
  • Prepare HR documents such as letters and memos related to performance appraisals, confirmations, promotions, and increments.
  • Assist in liaising with external parties such as auditors, bankers, and relevant authorities.
  • Help oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and organize company events and meetings.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
  • Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
  • 2 years of experience in related field
  • Computer literate and numerate.
  • Languages are required as English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aggressive and fast learner.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
